Easy Lemon Chicken:

Pre heat the oven to 375

 

1 package of Chicken (bone in preferred)

2 medium lemons- juiced

3 tbsp olive oil

2 tbsp lemon pepper (or to taste)

2 tbsp chopped cilantro- chopped

2 chopped green onions- chopped

1 large clove of garlic- minced

1 tbsp fresh dill (if available)- chopped

 

In a pyrex pan pour olive oil, lemon juice, lemon pepper, and garlic. Coat the chicken, then sprinkle green onions, cilantro and dill over the chicken. Place in the oven for about one hour or desired darkness. Occasionally when it is cooking I will baste the chicken with whatever juice is in the pan. Our family likes it when the chicken is a little more crispy in some areas, but it will be cooked through after an hour or so.
