Rosemary Garlic Smeared Pork Loin

This is an easy and flavor packed piece of meat to grill. My kids love this and its a healthier way to eat pork. I fed 7 People with two of these, but one will easily feed four.

You will need:

1 Pork Loin (1 1/2 Pounds)

4 Garlic Cloves Chopped

1/2 Cup Olive oil

2 Tbsp Dijon Mustard

2 Tbsp Fresh Chopped Rosemary

Juice of Two Lemons

1/4 Tsp of Salt & Pepper

Combine the ingredients in a pyrex pan and then smear all over the pork loin. Marinade for at least 30 minutes or up to over night and grill on medium for 20-25 minutes and until the internal temperature reads with a thermometer 155 degrees. Remove from the grill and cover with foil for ten minutes and let the meat rest before cutting it. After ten minutes slice it against the grain and serve. I hope you enjoy!
