Pesto Covered SteelHead Trout

Pre Heat Oven to 400 Degrees:

I got two big pieces of Steelhead Trout weighing about 2 1/2 Pounds total…I had to feed 7 people.

I placed it on a foil lined baking sheet, squeezed a whole lemon all over it, threw 4 chopped garlic cloves on it and 2 Tbsp of Olive Oil.

I placed it in the oven for about 15 minutes or until I could flake it with a fork and see it is cooked through but not dry. Depending on the thickness of your fish you may have to adjust the cooking time by a little.

When finished serve with extra lemon wedges and ENJOY! My kids always say this is good chicken 😉
